Qatar University (QU) has grown and progressed significantly since its founding in 1977, gaining a wealth of academic, research and institutional accomplishments that have served to position it as an effective partner in the Qatari society and one of the leading universities in the region.The international reputation of QU continues to grow, as evidenced by its 11th place ranking among 100 universities in the MENA region.
